Friday Lunch and Annual business meeting (3 October) Under the tents, Koreshan State Historic Site

Grilled Spicy Jerk Style Jamaican Chicken with Mango Salsa, baby greens in a sun-dried tomato wrap
Vegetarian Wrap with tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, sprouts and hummus/yogurt sauce in a spinach wrap
Cracked peppercorn roast beef with horseradish spread and greens on baguette 
Crab and shrimp salad with dill on a croissant

Friday Night (3 October) Koreshan Dinner and Ghost Walk, Koreshan State Historic Site

Original Koreshan recipes prepared and served by members of the Koreshan Alliance in period costume.  This is a premier event for the CSA and the Koreshan Alliance and not to be missed!

Meal includes appetizer/slad, Koreshan bread and dessert
